- We only allow coupon codes to be used on one order.

- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- All products must be in smoke free, pet free, unaltered, unworn, unwashed, stain free and damage free condition in order to be eligible for return.
- Only REGULAR PRICED items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, or returned.
- We always inspect items prior to shipping, but if we happen to miss something. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send over a Shipping Address.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Any item NOT in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account for future use.
- If customer does not comply to pay return shipping, we will hold the item until payment is received. If failure to do so in 14 days, the item will be donated to charity.
- All lost packages we will help take action in finding the missing package, but unfortunately all packages marked by the carrier as delivered, and are lost we are not reliable for.
- We are NOT reliable for incorrect addresses, but we will try to fix the issue. You may have to pay to ship again if not caught in time before shipment goes out. If you checkout and notice an incorrect address please send us an email addressing the problem at email@example.com
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
